Liza's Loaves

Liza had a vision that she could make bread as it was generations ago; crafted with care and expertise. She started slowly and baked loaf after loaf, learning and perfecting her craft until she had mastered just one bread.

Having learned how to control the crumb and the crust she went on to experiment with the complex flavors that distinguish her breads today.

We remain local; selling our products through farmers markets and local delivery. If you are lucky enough to live in the greater Derry, NH area please contact us to taste our great breads or to find out the farmers' markets nearest you where we will be selling.
